Industrial & Logistics specialist Erdgard Development, in partnership with the Richardson family business, has acquired 11.5 acres of land for development in Northampton.

The site at the Lakes Business Park is situated in a prominent location on the edge of Brackmills Industrial Estate, on the A45 and providing direct access to Junction 15, M1 and the A14.
