Industrial & Logistics specialist Erdgard Development, in partnership with the Richardson family business has submitted a planning application for a new £51m GDV industrial and logistics scheme in Brackmills, Northampton.

Platform, Brackmills will deliver three units on a 11.5-acre site ranging from 46,400 sq. ft to 76,500 sq. ft.

If approved, the BREEAM Excellent-rated units will be available for occupation in Quarter 3 2027.
