Allan Wilson and Gareth Williams, two well-known and highly respected property professionals have launched a new property development business, Erdgard Developments.

Erdgard will focus on industrial and logistics warehouse development, predominantly within the Midlands, but also further afield.

Allan Wilson was Director of Capital Markets at JLL, and Gareth Williams was previously the Development Director at St Francis Group. Between them they have over 50 years’ experience in the property industry.

Gareth Williams said,

Allan and I are delighted to be working together, stepping back into the market with an exciting new venture that will focus on industrial warehouse logistics opportunities, with anchor capital from a variety of investors.

Erdgard, which recently took office space in Brook House, Henley-in-Arden, expects to make more exciting announcements later in the year as it seeks to quickly establish itself as one of the region’s major warehouse and logistics development businesses..
