Erdgard, in partnership with the Richardson family business, has exchanged contracts to purchase 10 acres in Wolverhampton for a mid-box industrial & logistics scheme.

The site at Pendeford Business Park will deliver, subject to planning, circa 160,000 sq. ft of best in class space, within easy reach of the M54 and M6 motorways.
