Based in the Midlands since 2003, Gareth has a 35-year track record in commercial property development, beginning with 16 years at King Sturge working in Bristol, Cardiff, Prague and Birmingham. Gareth has since been an owner-manager of two other successful real estate development businesses, specialising in the industrial and logistics sectors.
As a father of two teenage boys, Gareth leads an active lifestyle, keeping fit by coaching junior rugby at Alcester RFC. Rugby is his passion, and he also holds a Level 2 RYA Powerboat Certificate.
